After I started struggling to work every single day, I realized that I might have an issue with depression and anxiety. It just seemed like I couldn't get a handle on my feelings, so I decided to start going to counseling. My therapist was incredible, and it really seemed like she understood anxiety and depression from a first-person perspective. She was kind, understanding, and reasonable with her requests.
